Support for every production call
Stagehands move and position production equipment, support technical departments and help keep load-ins, rehearsals and load-outs moving. Skilled production crew, crew bosses and supervisors give your team the right mix of hands-on support and coordination.
Load-in, show support and load-out can each have different crew numbers, roles and dates. We plan those calls separately around your production schedule.
Technical and rehearsal support
Specify the department and practical tasks when booking: unloading trucks, positioning production equipment, supporting the rehearsal setup or packing down at the end. Crew supply supports your technical team; engineering, system design and specialist sign-off are separate responsibilities.
Need scalable event labour? Break the schedule into individual calls with the numbers, roles and supervisors required for each phase. We confirm the available crew against that brief.
Explore crew coverage in the Midlands and central England, London and South East, Cambridge and the East of England, Bristol and the South West, and Leeds and northern projects.
Availability, specialist roles and the working scope are confirmed with your quote.

I have been using Bamboo as my preferred crew supplier for the past 2 years now in Cambridge and London and have not been disappointed. Their teams are made up of great individuals, who work well together to get done whatever I throw at them. Tom and his team work well across all the different departments offering crew with a wide variety of skills. They understand the needs and challenges of working in the events industry and always have a positive approach and have a can-do attitude.
A real pleasure to work with and a welcome support to any event.

Millennium Studios

Millennium Studios has been there from the very beginning of Bamboo Crew's journey, welcoming them as our local crew for visiting touring rehearsals. Fast forward to today, Bamboo Crew come highly recommended by Millennium Studios for being on time, efficient and proactive; they're not a team to just stand around waiting for instruction.
Many of their crew come fully-ticketed for plant operation too so our clients are never caught out by last minute kit arriving on site needing a forklift and driver to offload.
