Hands-on crew for arena, exhibition and conference production: equipment movement, department support, room setup and pack-down. Bring together stagehands and production crew with corporate and exhibition crew around the work your event needs.
Coventry and Warwickshire
Practical support for venue turnarounds, staging and outdoor builds. Our site and build crew work alongside your managers on temporary infrastructure, barriers and scenic installation, with operators specified separately.
Northampton and Northamptonshire
For Northampton and Northamptonshire calls, book load-in and load-out crew around each production phase. A rehearsal setup, a daytime build and an evening strike can need different numbers and skills. Send the loading address, truck times, departments and reporting contact so the crew requirement can be assessed. For an exhibition or conference, include stand or room handover times and the planned pack-down window.
Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire
For Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire productions, specify stagehands and rehearsal support against the actual tasks: unloading, equipment positioning, department support and the final load-out. Tell us about loading access, parking, stairs or lifts, and any split calls. Runners and transport support can be requested for collections and production errands. Machine operation is a separate role; include the equipment category and task when requesting operators.
Oxford and Oxfordshire
For Oxford and Oxfordshire, plan conference and exhibition crew around venue access and room handovers, and outdoor build teams around the installation sequence. Include loading restrictions, ground conditions and the equipment to be moved. Multi-day builds and Christmas light trail support need separate installation and dismantling dates. We agree the crew roles, specialist requirements and travel with your quote.
