CREW SUPPORT.

Bamboo Crew supplies hands-on production and site support for Cambridge and Cambridgeshire projects. We bring the required crew roles together around venue schedules, outdoor builds and longer production calls from our Midlands base.

Cambridge and Cambridgeshire

Corporate production crew support conference setup, equipment movements and room turnarounds. Stagehands and skilled crew work alongside technical departments on venue and rehearsal load-ins and load-outs.

Outdoor and multi-day builds

Site teams support temporary event infrastructure and scenic installations through build and dismantling. Machine operators can be included where the brief calls for specialist handling or access equipment.

A crew plan for the full schedule

Different phases can need different people. Separate build, show and strike calls give your production a clear plan for crew numbers, roles and supervision.

Bedford and Bedfordshire rehearsal support

For studio and rehearsal calls around Bedford, separate the load-in, rehearsal support and load-out in your brief. Specify the departments needing hands, the equipment movements and the reporting point. Stagehands and skilled production crew work alongside your technical team; specialist rigging, electrical work and machine operation need their own agreed scope.

Send the studio or venue address and access instructions, including truck arrival slots and any overnight calls. We confirm availability and the crew plan before a booking is agreed.

Request your crew quote

Send the location, schedule and roles required. We confirm availability, skills, scope and travel with your quote before the booking is agreed.
