Production crew for London and the South East
Bamboo Crew supplies event, stage and site crew for London and South East productions. Our Midlands operation supports your venue, rehearsal and site teams with practical labour, specialist roles and clear coordination across the full schedule.
Venue calls and production windows
Stagehands and production crew support arena, touring and rehearsal calls, moving equipment and working alongside your technical departments. Load-in, show support and load-out can each have their own numbers and skill mix.
Corporate events and exhibitions
Crew for conferences, awards and exhibitions help with setup, equipment positioning, room turnarounds and pack-down. We plan around venue loading windows and handover times.
Outdoor projects across the South East
Site and build teams support temporary infrastructure and seasonal installations. Add qualified operators where the build needs materials handling or access equipment.
Plan the London crew call around access
Include the loading address, vehicle arrival slots, lift or stair access and the venue handover deadline. Separate the build and strike requirements so each call has the right numbers and roles. For outdoor sites, include the ground conditions and any materials handling or access equipment work.
A published South London build
See Bamboo Crew’s Layher stage build for Hospitality in the Woods at Beckenham Place Park. The project story shows one part of our site and staging work; send your own brief so we can agree the support your production needs.
