Crew applications also include selected roles, experience, qualifications, availability and transport arrangements. Applications are saved for office administrators to review; submitting does not create a portal account or confirm work. When you send an enquiry using this website, your details are saved for Bamboo administrators to review. Optional email and WhatsApp routes prepare a message on your device instead; those services have their own privacy terms.

How it is used

We use enquiry information to respond, prepare quotes and arrange services, relying on steps towards a contract or our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Booking records may also be kept to meet legal and accounting duties.

Sharing and retention

Relevant information may be shared with people and service providers involved in delivering a confirmed booking. Enquiry information should be kept only as long as needed for those purposes or applicable legal requirements.
