A clear brief helps your crew supplier understand the work, check availability and quote the right roles. Start with the practical details rather than a crew number on its own.
Start with the schedule
Include the job dates, venue or site address, reporting point and planned start and finish times. If there is a separate load-out, list it as a separate call. Flag overnight work, split shifts and any timings still awaiting confirmation.
Describe the actual work
Tell us which departments the crew will support and what needs moving, assembling or installing. A stage load-in, a corporate set build and a festival perimeter installation can call for different experience, even when the headcount is the same.
Specify specialist requirements
List any machine type, required operator ticket, access equipment or specialist task. Equipment and qualifications need to match the work. Include the site induction, PPE and tool requirements so they can be agreed before the call.
Make arrival straightforward
Share the on-site contact, parking instructions, loading access and reporting point. Let us know about vehicle restrictions or accreditation requirements before crew travel.
Confirm the booking details
Agree availability, roles, rates and the scope in writing. An enquiry is the start of the process; the booking is confirmed once those details are agreed with Bamboo.
